We're working on  the ultimate MSUAA South by Southwest Interactive experience for March of 2011. The trip is still in the early planning stages and things may change, but for those who want to join the first ever MSU road trip and tweetfest to one of the world's coolest interactive conferences, here is our TENTATIVE schedule:

Leave East Lansing Wednesday March 9 on the MSUAA WiFi Dream Coach. Tweet ups in Indy and Dallas on the way South by Southwest. Arrive in Austin midday, Thursday, March 10. Big Ten Tournament Basketball game-watch with the Austin Spartans on Friday Night. SXSW Interactive through Tuesday, March 15. Leave for East Lansing Wednesday morning, March 16 with tweetups in Memphis and Nashville. Get home Thursday, March 17.

Travelers are responsible for booking their own SXSW admission and hotel accomodations (MSUAA staffers will be at the Hilton Downtown). We are still working out the details on the Dream Coach and will likey have a LIMITED number of seats available at less than $220.00 round trip (probably a lot less!). WiFi and great companionship with really cool people are included. First come, first served. Keep an eye on alumni.msu.edu for updates.
