About the Trip

Embark on an unforgettable 11-day journey from Barcelona to Santiago de Compostela. Explore Gaudí’s masterpieces, walk part of the Camino de Santiago and visit historic towns like Pamplona and Burgos. Enjoy UNESCO World Heritage sites, a Pilgrim’s Mass at Santiago Cathedral and immersive cultural experiences with local cuisine and wine. MSU professor David W. Stowe is scheduled to host this tour. 

A minimum number of participants is needed to send the faculty host.

MSU Faculty Host - David W. Stowe, a religious studies professor at MSU, authored "Song of Exile: The Enduring Mystery of Psalm 137" and the award-winning "How Sweet the Sound." His novel "Learning from Loons" debuted in 2020. He has taught in Kyoto, Japan and held a fellowship at Yale’s Institute of Sacred Music in 2012–13.
