MSU Homecoming Parade
The annual Homecoming parade sponsored by the MSU Alumni Office and the MSU Homecoming committee will take place Friday, Oct. 14, beginning at 6p.m. in downtown East Lansing and will feature the Spartan Marching Band, Michigan high school marching bands, MSU student and community groups, university officials, Sparty and much more. All student groups are welcome to participate in the parade and groups are encouraged to focus parade entries on the “Spartans Bring the Magic” theme by carrying signs and building floats promoting the magic of Michigan State University. Homecoming will take place Saturday, Oct. 15.
Homecoming Parade Entries
All student groups and community organizations are encouraged to participate in the MSU Homecoming Parade and can register to do so by completing the online registration form. Registration is only available online, and applications will be accepted up until parade staging capacity has been met.

Homecoming Parade Volunteers
Hundreds of volunteers are needed to make the MSU Homecoming Parade run smoothly. A variety of shifts are open to help with the parade. All volunteers will receive a Homecoming t-shirt and button.
