How to Download Mailchimp Data

Subscriber Data

  1. Click Audience.
  2. Click All contacts.
  3. If you have more than one audience, click the Current audience drop-down and choose the one you want to work with.
  4. Click View Segment, and choose the segment you want to export.
  5. Click Export Segment.
  6. After the export loads, click Export as CSV to download the file to your computer.
  7. Email that file to myalumni@msu.edu along with the name of your club.

Unsubscribe Data

  1. Click Audience.
  2. Click All contacts.
  3. If you have more than one audience, click the Current audience drop-down and choose the one you want to work with.
  4. Click New Segment.
  5. Set the drop-down menus to Email Marketing Status | is | Unsubscribed.
  6. Click Preview Segment.
  7. click Export Audience.
  8. After the export loads, click Export as CSV to download the file to your computer.
  9. Email that file to myalumni@msu.edu along with the name of your club.
