This tour is designed specifically for alumni ages 22-35.
This 8-day tour includes a chance to explore Ireland’s rich history, farm-to-table culinary advances, famous whiskey distilleries and beautiful green scenery. Begin in Dublin to see top attractions and landmarks on a city tour and visit a distillery and castles of the city. Enjoy leisurely time in Galway and then a foodie tour with lunch and a glass of craft beer. Next explore the wildly diverse ecosystem in the Burren region, walk on top of the mighty Cliffs of Moher, and stop at a Franciscan Well Microbrewery for a tasting of local brews and dinner at Well’s brick oven pizza pub. In Cork kiss the Blarney Stone and in Ballymaloe visit a famous cooking school and enjoy lunch with “farm-to-table” service. Next visit the Jameson Distillery for a tour and in Cork visit an English Market and enjoy a visit to Kilkenny Castle. Round out the tour with a farewell Irish dinner in Dublin.
