Neil Gehani lifts trophy

Drive to Thrive

Neil Gehani, ’97, CEO and founder of Trilogy Real Estate Group, recently founded The Concours Club, a state-of-the-art automotive country club bordered by the runways of Miami-Opa Locka Airport in the heart of Miami.

The members-only facility blends high-tech driving, impeccable service and luxury amenities within a spectacular resort setting.

The track was developed by prolific designer Alan Wilson with input from 4-time Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves and crafted to be the most technologically-advanced circuit in the world.

Equipped with the latest technology like digitally-marshaled flagging, virtual coaching, and a review system that allows drivers to dive into the telemetry of their laps, The Concours Club is a totally unique driving experience.

“When we decided to build The Concours Club, we brought our real estate developer’s skill set and our racing mindset,”
— Neil S. Gehani

Taking Cues from Porsche

Gehani, a passionate gentleman racer in the Ferrari Challenge series, actually took inspiration from a different automotive manufacturer in the establishment of The Concours Club.

“Gehani, whose first sports car was a Porsche 911 purchased in his late twenties with profits from a real estate project, is lifting a page from Porsche’s own real estate development playbook: don’t force people to travel to a remote racetrack built in a cow pasture or bean field; instead, bring the track to a densely populated area.”
—Mark Ewing, Forbes Magazine

Porsche’s North American Experience Centers are situated in urban areas built near major international airports, with significant traffic flow adjacent.

Just in time for the Miami GP

In 2022, Formula 1 will bring a Grand Prix to Miami. The street circuit and race—just 5 miles away from The Concours Club—will draw hundreds of thousands of motorsport fans to the city.
